  • Mindfulness and meditation programs

    At the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom, our programs offer a pathway to greater clarity and calm. Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, and inspired by Eastern philosophy, our sessions gently guide you inward — awakening your natural sense of peace, compassion, and joy. 

  • Yoga for the body and mind

    Suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels, we offer trauma-sensitive, body-positive yoga practices that focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength.

  • Restorative retreats

    Our retreats offer a safe, nurturing environment to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself. Through guided movement, meditation, nature connection, and reflective practices, participants leave with greater clarity, calm, and vitality.

  • Mental health and wellbeing training

    Our group training blends evidence-based mental health education with practical tools to prevent burnout, increase psychological safety, and support meaningful connection at work.

Midweek Reset Meditation

Join us every Wednesday from 7:00am – 7:30am (Adelaide time) for a free, online guided meditation designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Give yourself the gift of presence — before the noise, the meetings, and the rush, so you can reconnect, re-centre, and carry the calm into the rest of your week.

Mini Reset Retreats

In a world that rarely slows down, give yourself the gift of stillness. Join us for a soul-nourishing day retreat designed to help you step away from the noise and return to what matters most — your breath, your presence, and your inner balance. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and reconnected — with yourself and the world around you.

Weekly Yoga

Join us every Monday evening from 5.45pm – 6.45pm at the Dulwich Community Centre for a grounding yoga practice designed to support your holistic wellbeing. These weekly classes focus on easing tension, improving flexibility and building strength.  Leave feeling relaxed, energised and balance in body and mind. Suitable for beginners and those looking to deepen their practice.

Radical Reset Retreats

The Radical Reset Retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to a quieter, more grounded way of being. Set in the tranquility of Mount Barker Summit, this three-day experience offers the time and space to truly rest, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, your values, and what matters most. Over the course of three soul-nourishing days, you’ll be gently supported through a carefully curated blend of mindful movement, grounding meditation, restorative practices, and meaningful self-inquiry. 

6-Week Mindfulness Meditation Training

This program will introduce you to a range of practices to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and compassion. Kicking off on Wednesday, 11 June from 7.15pm to 8.30pm, this program includes six 75 minute weekly sessions, delivered online. For only $90, enjoy guided meditations, practical teachings, reflection, and time for group discussion.
