Be Well Foundations - 6-hour introductory workshop

Be Well Foundations is a condensed yet comprehensive overview of the core principles of mental health and wellbeing. You'll gain practical skills and reflective insights, explore key wellbeing pillars, and leave with a strong foundation for everyday mental health care.
