When did you last let something simple and beautiful stop you in your tracks? Most of us can’t remember - not because the beauty has disappeared, but because we’re rarely present enough to notice it.

This day retreat is designed to reawaken your capacity to notice the wonder, beauty and joy that have been here all along.

Through yoga, meditation, guided practices of savouring, awe and gratitude, time in nature, and wholesome food, you'll be gently led back to the kind of presence where wonder and joy naturally arise.

Cittalift’s signature immersive retreat is back for its 6th gathering at the beautiful Twin Peaks at Mount Barker Summt.

Over 3 immersive days, you'll be skilfully supported to put down what you've been carrying, creating room - physically, mentally and emotionally - to reconnect with what's waiting underneath. What surfaces becomes a clear direction of what you actually want your next chapter to look like.
