Spring Reset Retreat

Return to Wonder and Joy

When did you last let something simple and beautiful stop you in your tracks? Most of us can’t remember - not because the beauty has disappeared, but because we’re rarely present enough to notice it.

This day retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the aliveness that is already here in your body, in nature, and in your own life.

Through yoga, meditation, guided practices of savouring, awe and gratitude, time in nature, and wholesome food, you'll be gently led back to the kind of presence where wonder and joy naturally arise.

Finding Calm within the Chaos

Starting in June, this 5-week course is designed to help you step out of overwhelm, calm a busy mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.

Blending mindfulness meditation, body-based awareness, and self-compassion practices, each 75 minute session offers practical tools to support emotional balance, reduce stress, and build resilience in everyday life.

Sunday Slowdown

Join us every Sunday from 8:00pm – 8:45pm (Adelaide time) for a free, online guided session of meditation, dharma talk and quiet reflection designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Give yourself the gift of presence so you can begin a new week with a sense of calm and balance.

Radical Reset Retreats

The Radical Reset Retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to a quieter, more grounded way of being. Set in the tranquility of Mount Barker Summit, this three-day experience offers the time and space to truly rest, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, your values, and what matters most. Over the course of three soul-nourishing days, you’ll be gently supported through a carefully curated blend of mindful movement, grounding meditation, restorative practices, and meaningful self-inquiry.
