Just like your car needs regular servicing, your mind and body deserve routine care too. This Mini Reset Retreat is a wellbeing booster, a dedicated day to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Through soothing practices like yoga, meditation, and reflection, you’ll gently clear mental clutter and restore your inner balance, so you can move forward with greater clarity, calm, and resilience.

Join us for a deeply restorative day tucked away in the tranquil hills of Belair, a retreat designed to help you step out of doing and ease into simply being.

Sunday Slowdown

Join us every Sunday from 8:00pm – 8:45pm (Adelaide time) for a free, online guided session of meditation, dharma talk and quiet reflection designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Give yourself the gift of presence so you can begin a new week with a sense of calm and balance.

Radical Reset Retreats

The Radical Reset Retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to a quieter, more grounded way of being. Set in the tranquility of Mount Barker Summit, this three-day experience offers the time and space to truly rest, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, your values, and what matters most. Over the course of three soul-nourishing days, you’ll be gently supported through a carefully curated blend of mindful movement, grounding meditation, restorative practices, and meaningful self-inquiry.
