Start your Wednesday with clarity, calm, and intention. Join Kim Seow for a 30-minute guided online meditation designed to help you reset your mind, ground your energy, and approach the rest of the week with greater ease and focus.
This gentle, midweek pause is a space to breathe deeply, relax your body, and reconnect with your inner stillness, before the day unfolds.
Open to all levels. No experience needed. Just bring your presence.

6-Week Mindfulness Meditation Training
This program will introduce you to a range of practices to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and compassion.
Each weekly session is 75 minutes, delivered either in person or online, and includes guided meditations, practical teachings, reflection, and time for group discussion.

4-week Meditation Program: Finding Peace and Fulfillment
This guided meditation series is designed to quiet the busy mind and awaken the heart. Each week, you’ll learn and practice foundational techniques known as the Four Brahmaviharas — Buddhist heart practices that cultivate:
Equanimity – Meeting life with balance and steadiness
Loving-Kindness – Offering warmth and care, beginning with yourself
Compassion – Responding to suffering with presence and understanding
Sympathetic Joy – Celebrating the happiness of others as your own
Rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern science, these practices are proven to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and enhance wellbeing, relationships, and overall fulfillment.
