Set in a peaceful natural environment, this retreat blends gentle movement, restorative practices, and guided reflection to calm the mind, and awaken your sense of self. Through meditation, mindful yoga, and quiet space to breathe and reflect, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover what feels true and empowering for you. This is your time to reset — not just for a weekend, but in a way that lasts.
