Weekly Meditation
Join us every Wednesday from 7:00am – 7:30am (Adelaide time) for a free, online guided meditation designed to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Give yourself the gift of presence — before the noise, the meetings, and the rush, so you can reconnect, re-centre, and carry the calm into the rest of your week.

Weekly Yoga
Join us every Monday evening from 5.45pm – 6.45pm at the Dulwich Community Centre for a gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to support whole-person wellbeing. These weekly classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and inner connection, helping to ease tension, and cultivate balance in body and mind. Open to all levels. Beginners welcome.

6-Week Mindfulness Meditation Training
This program will introduce you to a range of practices to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and compassion. This program includes six 75 minute weekly sessions, delivered online. Enjoy guided meditations, practical teachings, reflection, and time for group discussion.
