The Mini Reset Retreat is a nourishing one-day experience designed to support your wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, and gentle introspection. We design each retreat to support you in three essential ways: calming your mind, reinvigorating your body, and reconnecting with your true nature.

Guest Facilitator: Nicole Sheehan
We’re thrilled to welcome the lovely Nicole Sheehan as a guest facilitator at this month’s retreat. Nicole brings a deep passion for vibrational healing and a gentle presence that invites stillness, balance, and inner renewal.
With Level I and II certifications in Singing Bowls from Rainbow Sounds, Nicole crafts immersive soundscapes using crystal bowls, guiding participants into a deeply meditative state that promotes emotional release, energetic alignment, and full-body rejuvenation. Nicole is devoted to helping others awaken their spiritual selves and live more fulfilling, heart-aligned lives.
