Mini Reset Retreat: Restore Your Inner Balance

Saturday, 5 May | 9:30am – 4:30pm

The Chapel, Nunyara Conference Centre,

5 Burnell Drive, Belair, South Australia

Imagine a day where there’s nothing to fix, nowhere to be, and no one to worry about, but yourself.

Join us for a deeply restorative day tucked away in the tranquil hills of Belair - a retreat designed to help you reset your nervous system and restore your inner balance.

Through nourishing movement, deep rest, and transformative meditations, we’ll explore what it means to be at ease with stillness, and to rediscover the joy within when we simply let ourselves be.

Retreat focus: Restoring Your Inner Balance

During this retreat, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness, embrace the beauty of non-doing, and reconnect with the inner peace, joy and wisdom that have always been within you. Through guided meditation and nurturing practices, we return to a place of calm, clarity, and quiet contentment.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is for those who feel a little lost in the noise of everyday life. It’s for the ones whose days have started to blur together, who can’t quite remember where they end and everything else begins. If that sounds familiar, consider this your gentle sign to pause, to step back, to come home to yourself.

This retreat is a chance to step out of motion and into stillness. It’s a day to remember what it feels like to be grounded, present, and deeply at ease in your own skin.

Why this retreat matters

In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to forget the quiet power that lives within us. We lose touch with our voice of intuition and inner wisdom that’s always trying to guide us.

This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to what’s real. It’s a chance to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the strength, clarity, and calm that have been with you all along, waiting patiently to be remembered.

Karen is passionate about sharing yoga and meditation in community to help calm our mind, creating an optimum environment for healing to occur. The practice of yoga helps to reduce pain in our bodies and decrease the stress from everyday life.

“Thank you for a great weekend. I happily came in with no expectations and an open mind. I really enjoyed your teaching and the group we were with. Of the positives; the format, pace, and variety was excellent…and the food was ‘voluminous’ in all ways – taste, quality and presentation.”
