Spring Reset Retreat

Rediscover Joy, Goodness and the Beauty of Being Alive

Saturday, 5 September | 9:30am – 4:30pm

The Chapel, Nunyara Conference Centre,

5 Burnell Drive, Belair, South Australia

September marks the start of Spring, a season of renewal, returning light and new growth. A natural invitation to shake off what's been heavy, remember our innate goodness, and rediscover the simple experiences that make life feel worth living.

This Spring, we invite you to step out of the rush of daily life and spend a day rediscovering the parts of yourself — and your life — that have been quietly waiting to be seen.

Retreat focus: Rediscover Joy, Goodness and the Beauty of Being Alive

Our minds are naturally drawn towards problems, what’s lacking and unfinished business. This tendency helps us navigate life’s challenges, but it also comes at a cost. We can become so accustomed to looking for what’s wrong that over time, we stop noticing what is right.

Through guided mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, loving kindness and gratitude practices, yoga and deep relaxation, you will rediscover the parts of yourself and your life that have been quietly waiting to be noticed.

Imagine Leaving…

With a quieter mind. A softer heart. A greater appreciation for yourself and your life. A renewed sense of what is already good in you, in the people around you, in the ordinary moments of your days.

Join us for a nourishing day of mindfulness, self-compassion, reflection and connection and discover that joy may be much closer than you think.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is for those who feel a little lost in the noise of everyday life. It’s for the ones whose days have started to blur together, who can’t quite remember where they end and everything else begins. If that sounds familiar, consider this your gentle sign to pause, to step back, to come home to yourself.

This retreat is a chance to step out of motion and into stillness. It’s a day to remember what it feels like to be grounded, present, and deeply at ease in your own skin.

Why this retreat matters

In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to forget the quiet power that lives within us. We lose touch with our voice of intuition and inner wisdom that’s always trying to guide us.

This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to what’s real. It’s a chance to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the strength, clarity, and calm that have been with you all along, waiting patiently to be remembered.

Karen is passionate about sharing yoga and meditation in community to help calm our mind, creating an optimum environment for healing to occur. The practice of yoga helps to reduce pain in our bodies and decrease the stress from everyday life.

“Thank you for a great weekend. I happily came in with no expectations and an open mind. I really enjoyed your teaching and the group we were with. Of the positives; the format, pace, and variety was excellent…and the food was ‘voluminous’ in all ways – taste, quality and presentation.”
