Radical Reset Retreat

5pm Thursday, 3 December to 11am Sunday, 6 December 2026

Twin Peaks, 144 Summit Firetrack, Mt Barker

Cittalift’s signature retreat returns to Twin Peaks, Mount Barker Summit for its 6th gathering.

This is the retreat people come back to year after year when life has quietly rearranged itself, when rest or a holiday isn’t the answer and they know it. Sound familiar?

There’s a kind of “tired” that shows up after being too long in a job, a breakup, an empty nest, a diagnosis, a milestone birthday that quietly rearranged how you see yourself. There’s a longing for clarity and a way back to the parts of yourself that got lost while you were busy holding everything together.

Held within the scenic stillness of Twin Peaks in Mount Barker Summit, this retreat offers the ideal conditions to slow down and go inwards. You won’t be making that journey alone. Every step is skilfully guided by Kim who has walked this path many times before.

If you're ready to do the inner work and leave with more than you arrived with, this retreat is designed for you.

Retreat focus: Release, Reconnect, Redirect

Throughout the retreat you'll be invited to put down what you've been carrying, creating room - physically, mentally and emotionally for what's waiting underneath.

As that space opens, attention turns toward what's actually there: the qualities and strengths that are distinctly yours, the ones that got buried while you were busy holding everything together.

Gradually, what surfaces becomes direction - a clearer sense of purpose, values, and what you actually want your next chapter to look like.

*Early Bird Offer — Register for the Radical Reset Retreat by 31 July 2026 and receive 10% off your booking. Simply enter the code EARLYBIRD at checkout to claim your discount.

Imagine leaving with….

  • a body and mind that feel calm and spacious. Not just rested, but genuinely lighter in a way that holds past the drive home.

  • a clearer read on yourself: what you actually value, what you've been defaulting into, and what the next chapter could look like if you chose it deliberately.

  • the knowledge that you did something for yourself that mattered — not as escape, but as arrival.

When you're ready, the next step is simple….

What awaits you

Step into a retreat where every element of the retreat has been thoughtfully chosen to support you on your journey within. Expect a rhythm that moves between activity and stillness, guided practice and personal reflection, time with others and time alone.

All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary.

  • A group of people participating in a meditation class in a well-lit room with large windows, sitting on yoga mats in a cross-legged position.

    Guided meditation and mindfulness practice

At the heart of each day is stillness with structure. These aren't passive sit-and-breathe sessions. They're directed practices drawn from contemplative tradition, including heart-centred practices to cultivate warmth, compassion and joy. These practices are grounded in scientific evidence of how the mind and nervous system work. Accessible to beginners, meaningful for those with existing practice.

  • Gentle Yoga and Breathwork

Each day begins and ends by arriving in your body. Somatic practices such as yoga, sound bowl or deep relaxation practices are tools for calming the nervous system. These practices facilitates the physical conditions for everything else the day asks of you.

  • A group of seven people sitting outdoors on a wooden deck, engaged in a discussion. They are seated on wooden benches and chairs with cushions. The setting offers scenic greenery and a view of the landscape in the background, with some people having notebooks or laptops.

    Guided reflection and purposeful conversation

The retreat offers a facilitated space for sharing, for being witnessed, and for the kind of conversation that only happens when people are doing real work together. Adapted to whoever shows up.

  • Green salad with shaved cheese, pecans, and sliced almonds in a white bowl on a light-colored table.

    Nourishing meals, taken care of

Every meal across the three days is provided. The food is wholesome, delicious and nourishing. A key highlight of the retreat according to past participants.

  • A person standing with arms outstretched facing the ocean at sunset.

    Fire ceremony

A deliberate, held ritual to mark the transition from release to reconnect. You name what you're done carrying. You let it go. There is something about doing this in the open air, in the dark, that no journalling exercise quite replicates.

  • Guided walk of the UKARIA grounds

The Cultural Centre gardens are an invitation to slow your pace even further - a walking meditation in landscape, unhurried, with guidance to help you stay present to what you notice.

A woman with long dark hair in a patterned dress sitting on the floor at a table with glowing white singing bowls, crystals, and a carved wand, smiling while touching one of the bowls.
