Radical Reset Retreat (Health Professionals)

5pm Thursday, 28 August to 11am Sunday, 31 August 2025

Twin Peaks, 144 Summit Firetrack, Mt Barker

You’ve spent so much time caring for others. This is your invitation to care for yourself.

The Radical Reset Retreat is a restorative and deeply personal experience, designed specifically for health professionals who give so much, and often have little time to replenish themselves.

Retreat focus: Rest, reflect and reconnect - with yourself

In a profession built on service, it’s easy to become disconnected from your own needs, values, and sense of purpose. This retreat invites you to step away from the demands, to pause with intention, and to reconnect — with yourself.

Through gentle movement, guided meditation, and evidence-informed wellbeing practices, you’ll be supported in restoring your energy, clarifying your direction, and remembering the strength that comes from stillness.

This is more than time out…it’s a powerful return to who you are beneath the roles you hold. We invite you to realign your inner resources, so you can continue to lead and care from a place of presence, clarity, and wholeness.

*Early Bird Offer — Register for the Radical Reset Retreat by 30 June 2025 and receive 10% off your booking. Simply enter the code EARLY BIRD at checkout to claim your discount.

Why this retreat

As a health professional, you hold space for others every day. But without intentional time to replenish, burnout, disconnection, and emotional fatigue can quietly take hold. The Radical Reset Retreat is a radical act of self-love, one that reminds you that your wellbeing is not a luxury, but a necessity.

Here, you’ll be surrounded by peers who understand the unique pressures of caring professions — people who share similar values, aspirations, and work challenges. It’s a safe, supportive space to reflect, share, and simply feel more at home.

The retreat program has been thoughtfully curated with input from guest facilitators, Liz Farmer and Don Cameron, who bring decades of experience in supporting health professionals. Both Liz and Don will be present throughout the retreat, offering insights, inspiration, and guiding conversations that open space for personal reflection and collective wisdom.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and reconnected to yourself, not just as a professional, but as a whole human being.
