  • A calm mind through mindfulness and meditation

You’ll be gently guided through mindfulness and meditation practices that quiet internal chatter and invite a sense of deep grounding. These sessions help you cultivate presence, self-awareness, compassion and peace.

  • A wise heart through insight and reflection

With teachings that blend ancient spiritual traditions and modern, evidence-based psychological frameworks, you’ll be invited to explore themes of inner wisdom, self-compassion, and emotional clarity.

Gentle yoga and restorative movement will help release physical tension and bring you back into alignment with yourself. You’ll experience deep rest through guided relaxation, sound bowl healing, forest bathing and nature connection. Healthy, wholesome, and delicious vegetarian meals will be served, leaving you feeling physically refreshed, balanced, and restored.

Guest Facilitator: Karen Floyd

We are pleased to have an amazing yoga teacher, Karen Floyd, guide a restorative Yin Yoga practice and a calming crystal sound bowl bath meditation. This is a beautiful healing experience which will leave you feeling blissful yet rejuvenated. Karen will also be offering a Yin and acupressure workshop during the retreat.

Karen has been teaching a variety of yoga styles for over 8 years. Her speciality is Yin Yoga and she loves to infuse her knowledge of Chinese meridian theory throughout all of her classes.

Karen is passionate about sharing yoga and meditation in community to help calm our mind, creating an optimum environment for healing to occur. The practice of yoga helps to reduce pain in our bodies and decrease the stress from everyday life.

“Everything was wonderful and done with so much care and love. I can just feel gratitude for this incredible experience. The retreat surpassed my expectations in every way. Location and the house were just perfect (beautiful and serene). Thanks my dear friend for this amazing experience!”
