Spring Reset Retreat
Return to Wonder and Joy
Saturday, 5 September | 9:30am – 5:00pm
Wayirrirti, Nunyara Conference Centre, Belair, SA
Do you remember the last time you noticed something simple and beautiful that stopped you in your tracks?
Most of us can't because we've stopped being present enough to notice it.
Somewhere in the busyness of adult life, that capacity gets buried.
Life feels flat. Your mind is constantly occupied. You rush from one thing to the next with little time to pause.
Although you long to feel more alive, more present, more connected to what's good, you're not quite sure how to get back there.
This retreat is designed to reawaken your capacity to notice the wonder, beauty and joy that have been here all along.
Return to Wonder and Joy
What you will experience:-
Yoga to reawaken the body - We begin by arriving fully and physically in the present moment. Gentle movement to clear the mental residue of the week and come home to your own skin.
Teachings and guided meditation - Drawing on contemplative wisdom, neuroscience and psychology, we explore how the mind loses touch with the present and what becomes possible when it returns. Guided meditation brings these insights into direct experience.
Practices of savouring and awe - You’ll be invited to slow right down and let something good actually land. To notice the warmth of tea in your hands, the fragrance of Spring blossoms, the quality of light through the trees, the simple pleasure of being here. Small in form, significant in effect.
Cultivating gratitude - Through reflection and guided practice, we turn gently toward what is already good in ourselves, in others and in the texture of our ordinary days.
Releasing what is heavy - A meaningful practice to set down what no longer serves and make genuine space for growth, renewal and what is yet to come.
Yin yoga and deep restoration - Slow, nurturing practice to settle the nervous system and rest in the body’s natural capacity for ease and aliveness.
Time in nature (weather permitting) - A mindful walk in the surrounding landscaped garden to notice the sounds, the light, the particular beauty of early Spring.
Journalling and quiet reflection - Unstructured time to let what has arisen settle, and to hear yourself think.
Wholesome food - A nourishing lunch and light refreshments throughout the day, prepared with care.
All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience necessary.
Imagine leaving….
With a quieter mind. A softer heart.
Feeling more present and with a greater appreciation for your own life and people around you.
More content. You notice the shimmer of light on the grass, the pleasure of a good meal, the warmth of connection, the quiet satisfaction of simply being here.
The world outside will be exactly as you left it. But you'll meet it differently with eyes a little more open, a heart a little more generous, and a sense that joy was never really gone. It was simply waiting to be noticed.
As Spring reminds us: dormant things awaken. And so can we.
Who this retreat is for
.This Retreat Is For You If:
You've been going through the motions but can't remember the last time something truly delighted you
You long to feel more present and alive but don't know how to get back there
You're ready to slow down and rediscover the simple goodness that's been there all along

Why this retreat matters
We live in a world that rewards speed, productivity and constant doing. But no amount of doing can give us back the feeling of being genuinely alive to our own lives.
This retreat creates the conditions for something different. A day to remember how to be. To notice. To savour. To let what is good actually land.
“A beautiful experience to truly pause, reflect and reset. Kim’s presence and teachings were amazing and has given me the perfect tools to take into my life to strive to be the best version of myself. Thank you. Forever grateful.”
